Challenge
Non-technical founders and small product teams kept losing weeks bridging the gap between an idea and a clickable prototype. Off-the-shelf AI builders either locked them into proprietary runtimes, hit cold-start latency on serverless, or generated React code that broke as soon as state and routing got serious.
Solution
We architected an AI generation pipeline on Cloudflare Workers with Durable Objects for per-session state, D1 + Drizzle ORM for persistence, and a streaming agent loop that plans, scaffolds, and patches a full React + Vite project from a natural-language brief.
Outcome
Shipped open-source to the developer community with zero cold starts and edge-local persistence. Non-technical users generate functional applications in minutes; engineering teams use it as a paved-road scaffolder before handing off to humans.
